Headquartered in the cozy little town of Ellisville, Mississippi – LocalBizWorks.com started out small and a bit unconventional. Actually, we didn’t get into this industry like everyone else. We started out as a small home improvement company in 2004 and by 2007 we were looking for a way to generate new leads for our business.

We recognized the coming shift in the way people use the Internet to find local businesses and decided take advantage of this shift. Studying and testing results part-time, we had to kick and scratch our way through the online trenches to learn what it takes to use the Internet to promote our services to our local community.

First we learned how to build a simple website. From there we learned the ins and outs of what it takes to get traffic from a variety of sources and tweak the website so that visitors converted into home improvement leads. This ultimately lead us to our true passion – helping offline business owners utilize the web to market their products and services, build relationships with customers, and automate portions of their business – all while cutting advertising and overhead costs.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve helped many other business owners use the Internet to promote their services and products to their local community. We’ve been fortunate enough to turn LocalBizWorks into a full-time gig and hire some of the best talent along the way.
